Sorry. I accept that I am over time so I shall return to the fundamental point that I made. I thank Senator Barrett for starting this conversation as it was badly needed. I propose the that Minister for Education and Skills puts in place an all-Ireland - not just the Republic - academic convention whereby a specific set of questions that we have compiled are posed and we achieve answers. Also, we could create our own model of what it is to be a university, a technological university and an institute of technology in this country.
