Yes, that is fine. One issue is the importance of a student voice in higher education. The CEO of the HEA mentioned this yesterday and it is crucial and should be central to any future vision for higher education. I am concerned about allowing institutions to set their own fees because it would create a two-tier system of an expensive, elite and cheaper higher education institutions. I would not have had the opportunity of a Trinity education had that been the case. I welcome the Bill. The amount of work Senator Barrett and his staff have put into it is phenomenal and I look forward to debating it at the education committee.
