I hope the Seanad will join with me in wishing the Irish diaspora a very happy St. Patrick's Day. I am delighted that Ministers are travelling abroad, as I did in the past, to visit countries and spread the good word about Ireland. I hope they enjoy themselves as well. It is tough work.
