Life is life, as far as I am concerned. We need an urgent debate with the Minister for Justice and Equality, Deputy Shatter, on the issues of criminality, repetitive crime and release on bail. This man should never be let out. I wish to conclude with an instance of which I am aware from when I was a teenager. A young man from my home area, whom I will not name, does not have a friend alive today. He was 26 or 27 and not fully compos mentis when he murdered a young gypsy girl and got life in prison. He died in prison after 40 years.
