I propose that No. 7 be taken after the Order of Business. One of my colleagues will propose the second amendment. This issue is linked to the human tissue Bill, which I raised previously with the Leader. The Minister of State at the Department of Health, Deputy Alex White, gave a commitment that the Bill would come before the House before the end of 2013. It does not feature on the Order Paper and it is unlikely the legislation will be passed this year. I ask the Leader to comment.
