I welcome the clarification. Some 58 bays are to be inspected under the regime and only two of them have been completed by the Marine Institute to date. Perhaps the Minister can ask the Minister of State to forward information on the bays that will be finished in 2014 so that the licences in those bays will be issued and when it is expected to finish surveys of the bays. What is the timeline so that producers in the bays know where they stand in respect of renewal of licences? The Minister might ask the Minister of State to come back with detailed information.
