The Order of Business is No. 1, motion re amendments to Seanad Éireann Standing Orders 60 and 62, to be taken on the conclusion of the Order of Business without debate; and No. 2, Road Traffic (No. 2) Bill 2013 - Second Stage, to be taken at 3.45 p.m. with the contributions of group spokespersons not to exceed eight minutes and those of all other Senators not to exceed five minutes.
