I do not know what to say on these matters. I will bring with me tomorrow a policy document in which I have no doubt Senator Jim Walsh was involved alongside the former Minister, Mr. Noel Dempsey. I will outline for the Senator what Fianna Fáil Party policy on municipal districts and authorities was some years ago.
