I will finish on this point because I would like the Minister of State to respond to it. There is a very real concern that these assets and properties are being transferred over to Irish Water simply to fatten it up as a company that can be eventually sold off and that by just transferring the assets and not the liabilities, it will better position Irish Water to be able to borrow money. I believe this is one of the reasons that the assets are being transferred.
