I would like to use one of those minutes, if I may. I am largely persuaded by the arguments of my Fianna Fáil colleagues and particularly the EMI case raised by Senator Jim Walsh. There is a clear injustice in that case and it appears to be virtually the same as the Waterford-Wedgewood case. Perhaps Senator Walsh would graciously accept an amendment to his amendment because there is a grammatical inaccuracy, which is a blemish upon the amendment. It should read: "a sponsoring company or its parent company has [not have] the financial capacity to meet the under-funding in the scheme."
