I have received notice from Senator Mary Moran that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs to address the reason for the lengthy delay in a social worker's response to a father's request for a meeting regarding custodial arrangements for his daughter who is on the "at-risk" register.
I have also received notice from Senator Michael D'Arcy of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Education and Skills to confirm whether the offer of the premises about to be vacated by Creagh College in Gorey, County Wexford, was made to St. Joseph's CBS and whether such offer was conditional on St. Joseph's CBS changing its status to a co-educational primary school from its current status as an all-boys school.
I have also received notice from Senator Mark Daly of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Finance to retain the existing annual tax filing deadline and not proceed with the proposed June option.
I have also received notice from Senator Marie Moloney of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government to grant permission to Killarney Town Council to redefine the four houses which have lain idle since 2009 under the affordable housing scheme to social housing for allocation.
I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
