On a point of order, I intended no slur on the Minister. Yesterday, I described her as one of the two best Ministers in government. I applaud her stamina. I was not well enough to remain for the conclusion of last night's debate and I am sorry about that. I was falling asleep because of the treatment I am undergoing. I accept absolutely that the Minister gave full attention and listened but the fact remains that the Government tabled no amendments.
