Before asking the Minister to resume, I am sure Members of the House wish to join with me in welcoming the Chairman of the Shanghai Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, CPPCC, Mr. Wu Zhiming, and a delegation from the Shanghai CPPCC. They are more than welcome and on my own behalf and that of all my colleagues in Seanad Éireann, I extend a warm welcome to them, as well as good wishes for a successful visit to Ireland.
