It is so unfair that we have such limited time. We will debate these issues in detail in the context of the Social Welfare Bill but there is good news for the social welfare budget, such as the extension of the youth guarantee. The social welfare rate of €100 has been extended to recipients up to the age of 25 but the Government is investing more in job activation, education and training than it is taking out. The intention is to get our youth activated. We must change the attitude of employers towards youth so that they are not tasked with copying figures from one sheet to another. They have a lot to offer.
