The Order of Business is No. 1, address to Seanad Éireann by Mr. David Begg, general secretary of the Irish Congress of Trade Unions, to be taken on the conclusion of the Order of Business in accordance with the arrangements set out in the motion agreed by the House on 18 September; No. 2, Protected Disclosures Bill 2013 - Order for Second Stage and Second Stage, to be taken at 2 p.m. and to adjourn no later than 4.30 p.m., with the contribution of each group spokesperson not to exceed ten minutes and those of all other Senators not to exceed six minutes in each case; No. 3, statements on Pathways to Work, to be taken at 5 p.m. and to conclude no later than 7 p.m., with the contribution of each group spokesperson not to exceed eight minutes and those of all other Senators not to exceed five minutes in each case, and the Minister to be called on to reply to the debate no later than 6.50 p.m.; and No. 46, item 9, Private Members' business, to be taken at 7 p.m. and to conclude no later than 9 p.m, with a Government amendment to the motion to be circulated this morning.
