I welcome the former Senator, now the Minister of State with responsibility for European Affairs, Deputy Paschal Donohoe, to the House for his first presentation in this Chamber. I congratulate him and wish him well in his new position. I hope the fact that yet another talented politician has come from this House onto the world stage may influence people.
