I move amendment No. 8:

In page 7, between lines 9 and 10, to insert the following:“ “viable”, in relation to a pregnancy, means an unborn who, as a matter of medical probability, would, by reason only of his or her gestational age, be capable of surviving outside the womb with the appropriate medical support;”.
