I will finish my point. I would very much like to address the rape and the incest issue. Has Senator Ó Domhnaill met a victim of incest? I have met one, as I am sure many other Senators have. I genuinely wish we were addressing this issue. I accept that we are not and that is why I will not be able to support the amendment put forward by my colleagues, which I know is very well meant and comes from a well researched position. I hope that in the lifetime of this Government we will be able to address it but I doubt we will be. However, as far as I am concerned, I am here to address one thing, namely, the Protection of Life During Pregnancy Bill and any amendment consistent with it. That is the bottom line.
