Can I leave out that reference? I do not want to guillotine this Bill in any way. The reason I am including a time for the Minister to reply is that the debate may have concluded at that time. I will not conclude the debate until all Members have had their say on it. I suggest that the debate be adjourned at 3.45 p.m. if not previously concluded.
