As part of the reforms, the people in the North might get to vote for the Presidency sometime in the future but their votes in Seanad elections are being withdrawn. That is a shame. I shall pass on the Minister of State's good news, so in fact he is more partitionist than anything that has applied under the 1937 Constitution-----
