Government amendment No. 76: In page 4, line 13, after “2002;” to insert the following: “to amend the Courts (Establishment and Constitution) Act 1961 to increase the number of Supreme Court judges to nine; to amend the Juries Act 1976 to provide for the selection of additional jurors in lengthy criminal trials; to amend the Coroners Act 1962 and the Civil Legal Aid Act 1995 to provide for the provision of legal aid or advice, or both, in respect of coroners inquests to families of deceased persons in certain circumstances; to amend the Bankruptcy Act 1988; to amend the Personal Insolvency Act 2012;”.
