Government amendment No. 69: In page 15, after line 13, to insert the following: “Amendment of section 124 of Act of 2012 65. Section 124 of the Act of 2012 is amended by inserting the following after subsection (2): “(3) Where subsection (1) applies, the Insolvency Service shall, within 3 months after the date on which the Personal Insolvency Arrangement would, but for that fact, have expired, remove from the Register of Personal Insolvency Arrangements all information recorded in it in respect of the Personal Insolvency Arrangement.”.
