Government amendment No. 65: In page 15, after line 13, to insert the following: “Amendment of section 96 of Act of 2012 61. Section 96(1)of the Act of 2012 is amended by substituting the following for paragraph (f):“(f) take any step to recover goods in the possession or custody of the debtor, whether or not title to the goods is vested in the creditor;”.”.
