Government amendment No. 62: In page 15, after line 13, to insert the following: “Amendment of section 86 of Act of 2012 58. Section 86 of the Act of 2012 is amended by substituting the following for subsection (3):“(3) Where the Insolvency Service receives the notice referred to in subsection (1), it shall--(a) record the successful completion of the Debt Settlement Arrangement in the Register of Debt Settlement Arrangements, and (b) within 3 months of such receipt, remove from the Register of Debt Settlement Arrangements all information recorded in it in respect of the Debt Settlement Arrangement.”.”.
