Government amendment No. 61: In page 15, after line 13, to insert the following: “Amendment of section 85 of Act of 2012 57. Section 85 of the Act of 2012 is amended by inserting the following after subsection (2):“(3) Where subsection (1) applies, the Insolvency Service shall, within 3 months after the date on which the Debt Settlement Arrangement would, but for that fact, have expired, remove from the Register of Debt Settlement Arrangements all information recorded in it in respect of the Debt Settlement Arrangement.”.”.
