Government amendment No. 52: In page 15, after line 13, to insert the following: “New section 54A in Act of 2012 48. The following section is inserted after section 54 of the Act of 2012:“Performance by other person of certain functions of personal insolvency practitioner 54A. Nothing in this Act shall be taken to prevent a function of a personal insolvency practitioner under this Act that is of a clerical, secretarial or administrative nature being performed, under the direction of the personal insolvency practitioner, by another person.”.”.
