Section 1(2) (inserted by section 6(1) of the Courts and Court Officers Act 1995) of the Courts (Establishment and Constitution) Act 1961 is amended by substituting the following paragraph for paragraph (b):“(b) not more than nine ordinary judges (each of whom shall be styled 'Breitheamh den Chúirt Uachtarach' ('Judge of the Supreme Court')).”.”.
