I move:

That the proposal that Seanad Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft:

Electricity Regulation Act 1999 (Restricted Electrical Works) Regulations 2013,

copies of which have been laid in draft form before Seanad Éireann on 13th June, 2013, be referred to the Joint Committee on Transport and Communications, in accordance with Standing Order 70A(3), which, not later than 9th July, 2013, shall send a message to the Seanad in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 73, and Standing Order 75(2) shall accordingly apply.''
