Bill entitled an Act to enable the redeployment of members of staff in the civil service and certain other sectors of the public service to other positions in the public service (whether the civil service or other foregoing sectors); for that purpose to amend the Public Service Management (Recruitment and Appointments) Act 2004, and to provide for related matters.
