There is something of a Hobson’s choice if the bid is constrained. In this regard, the opening up of online gambling must be considered. We have not spoken about this issue yet. How is the Government to obtain €300 million to €700 million, unless it has some carrot? The carrot is the opening up of online gambling. To date, there has not been a big profit, as I stated. If one constrains bidders because one wants to control online gambling, the price will go down towards an insult.
