I wish to react very briefly to what has been said by Senator Power. I wish to put on the record my personal thanks to the Minister. As Senator Power stated, he has been accommodating and has reflected on what has been said. On a number of important issues he has taken on board what has been said on both sides of the House which, to me, is the mark of not just a good Minister but a great one, to paraphrase Eamon Dunphy.
