Government amendment No. 8: In page 11, to delete lines 20 to 25 and substitute the following: "(l) in the case of a licence for a small public service vehicle, the requirements regarding - (i) the ownership or possession of the vehicle, (ii) the rental of the vehicle, and (iii) any equipment associated with the vehicle;".
