Before calling Senator Bacik, I join other Members of the House in wishing Jimmy Walsh, the journalist from The Irish Times, well in his retirement. He had a very sharp mind and if there was any variation to a Bill, to procedure or to votes in the House, he was on to it like a shot. There are many well known and senior journalists whose articles were based on information they received from Jimmy Walsh. He will be missed around the House, having given it great service. I wish him well in his retirement.
