I welcome the Minister of State. Since he has outlined the Bill's purpose and the increases in the vehicle registration tax, VRT, I will not repeat them. No one likes increases, but we must consider the country's social needs at this time. The increases are expected to yield an additional ¤46 million each year. If the Opposition opposes this measure, where would it find that money?
