I would prefer to raise many issues, but I will confine myself to joining colleagues in paying tribute to Jimmy Walsh, whose retirement is upon us. No House could contain him nor the knowledge that he contains. He could be best described as a storehouse of knowledge, but that knowledge is only matched by his willingness to share it. He has given me and many colleagues encouraging and kind words in the past two years. They have led to me striving to be a better Senator.

Jimmy is a great writer. His articles have been authoritative, pithy and insightful. More importantly, he is a great and decent fellow. I salute him in the strongest possible terms and wish him the best in his retirement. I genuinely mean that.
