Cuirim fáilte roimh an Aire Stáit. Tá brón orm, ach caithfidh mé caint as Béarla. As I mentioned privately to the Minister of State, I prepared my speech in English yesterday because I did not feel confident to prepare a speech in Irish. I thought I would be able to have it translated, but I was told that could not be done because it is not a piece of legislation. I find it disappointing that we do not have the facility to translate a speech into Irish.
