I appreciate how important this issue is and ask the Leas-Chathaoirleach to indulge me for a moment because I have no intention of trying to waste time in the Chamber. Would Sinn Féin include a commitment in its next election campaign to roll out in the South the model of which it seems so fond in the North and campaign in favour of that?
