Government amendment No. 54: In page 48, subsection (1), lines 28 and 29, to delete all words from and including "under" on line 28 down to and including "50(5)" on line 29 and substitute the following:"under section 7(5) or (7), 8(7), 9(4), 17(4)(b), 20(1) or (4), 21(7) or (9), 22(9) or (10), 23(4), 25(6), 27(2), 33(3), 39(1) in respect of a contravention of section 37, 50(5) or 52(3).".
