Government amendment No. 40a. In page 32, lines 15 to 20, to delete subsection (6) and substitute the following: ?(6) A passenger or an intending passenger in a small public service vehicle who contravenes subsection (1) or (3) commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a class C fine.?.
