Government amendment No. 36: In page 25, lines 35 to 37, to delete subsection (7) and substitute the following: ?(7) A person shall not act as a dispatch operator or provide booking services for small public service vehicles where such services require a licence under regulations made by the Authority unless that person holds a licence in that regard.?.
