Government amendment No. 21: In page 16, between lines 37 and 38, to insert the following subsection:?(4) Where an appeal is not made within the period referred to in subsection (3), the decision takes effect upon the expiration of that period and, in the case of a licence holder, the licence stands revoked or suspended, as the case may be.?.
