It is something we should at least consider when we are discussing overall reform. I agree there is no point as it stands. The Order of Business is held for one hour between 2.30 p.m. and 3.30 p.m. on a Tuesday and for one an hour between 10.30 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. on Wednesday and Thursday mornings. Those three hours should be preserved for the Order of Business. Committees should not be held at these times and we should not be competing with these times. It is something to consider. I also believe the Leader's proposal should be considered at this stage as well.
