I have received notice from Senator Darragh O'Brien that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Finance to provide immediate emergency funding to the residents of The Burrow, Portrane, County Dublin, to rectify the severe coastal erosion which is endangering their homes.
I have also received notice from Senator Thomas Byrne of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Finance to amend the property tax as it unfairly hits the commuter belt of Dublin, particularly south County Meath, where property values are higher on average than almost anywhere else.
I have also received notice from Senator Michael D'Arcy of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Justice and Equality to outline the rationale for downgrading the Garda station in Gorey, County Wexford, with the merging of the Gorey district with Enniscorthy district.
I have also received notice from Senator David Cullinane of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine to discuss the need for improvements to Dunmore East Harbour, including the need to dredge the river, and if he will make funding available.
I have also received notice from Senator Brian Ó Domhnaill of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government to extend the deadline for registration of septic tanks until the end of April 2013, and to immediately publish the national inspection plan in order that householders know the criteria before the registration deadline.
I have also received notice from Senator Kathryn Reilly of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Health and Children to address the significant delays in appointments for children with the child development team of the HSE; to discuss the situation in Cavan and the waiting lists for these services; and the reasons for such chronic waiting lists when children are being left in limbo without proper diagnoses.
I regard the matters raised by Senators Darragh O'Brien, Thomas Byrne, Michael D'Arcy and David Cullinane as suitable for discussion and they will be taken at the conclusion of business. Senators Brian Ó Domhnaill and Kathryn Reilly may give notice on another day of the matters they wish to raise.
