Government amendment No. 2: In page 5, to delete lines 21 to 29 and substitute the following:" "effective date of conviction", means the date on which a relevant custodial sentence or a relevant non-custodial sentence, as the case may be, becomes operative in accordance with the order of the court concerned;".
