Ms McGuinness is very welcome and I have two or three brief questions. On the issue of policy and legislation, it is the implementation and the interpretation or misinterpretation of that implementation that causes the problem when one actually gets to the bottom. That is the "Yes Minister" analogy of all of that. I have three brief questions in respect the removal of milk quotas in 2015. What role will the Kerry Group's research and development facility play? What of the added value food production opportunities that probably are wrapped around that? How should the Irish agrifood community access that market from then onwards and what opportunities exist?
