The Order of Business is: No. 1, report of the Committee on Procedure and Privileges on Standing Order 22(3) regarding the summoning of the Seanad, to be taken, without debate, on the conclusion of the Order of Business; No. 2, Appropriation Bill 2012 [Certified Money Bill] - all Stages, to be taken, without debate, on the conclusion of No. 1; No. 3, motion for the earlier signature of the Appropriation Bill, to be taken on the conclusion of No. 2, without debate; No. 4, Social Welfare Bill 2012 - Report Stage, to be taken on the conclusion of No. 3 and to conclude no later than 2 p.m., if not previously concluded; No. 5, motion regarding the earlier signature of the Social Welfare Bill 2012, to be taken on the conclusion of No. 4, without debate; and No. 6, Finance (Local Property Tax) Bill 2012 - Committee and Remaining Stages, to be taken at 2 p.m. and to conclude no later than 5.30 p.m.
