I am speaking on the amendment. Does the Minister envisage any situation where the family home could be repossessed in the event of non-payment of property tax? Surely deferral schemes are there to prevent that happening. Will the Minister clarify whether he envisages the home being repossessed in situations where the property tax has not been paid for some time? Will that happen, given the family home is one's shelter and part of one's dignity?
