I want to know what their duties are, where they are written down and what we can do about it. Most important, there should be an audit at the end of the year to find out if these directors are performing their duties in the public interest. We must discuss this issue again in the Seanad. There is no point in having public interest directors who are on a fine fat salary if we do not know what they are doing. That is the question.
