On a point of order, why was the reasoning not communicated to us on Committee Stage, because the amendments have not changed? If this information is correct, it should have been communicated to us before Committee Stage. It went through the Committee Stage and now suddenly it is now a cost to the Exchequer, but it was not a cost to the Exchequer yesterday. I want a ruling on that a Leas-Chathaoirleach
