I move amendment No. 9:

In page 9, subsection (1), line 29, after ?crime? to insert the following:?which shall be listed by the Minister by way of guidelines no later than 30 days after the enactment of this Bill?.

This amendment provides clarity on the designation of competent authorities and the context in which they are entitled to exchange information. We believe guidelines are needed to ensure best practice.
